The AndreasKlinik Cham Zug is located in the heart of Cham – nestled in a quiet and beautiful setting. The clinic specialises in the musculoskeletal system with a focus on orthopaedics as well as neuro- and spinal surgery. Additionally, it offers comprehensive regional healthcare with departments in gynaecology, urology, general surgery and general internal medicine, as well as an emergency department open during the day and evening. The AndreasKlinik also has a comprehensive range of services in breast medicine diagnostics and therapy, working closely with specialised partners within the Hirslanden Group. For our Executive Staff, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement an organised, discreet and communicative individual to manage the physician appointments and actively support the Executive Staff.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire physician management – from onboarding new doctors through to contract processing and master data maintenance
• Ensuring professional and efficient collaboration with our attending physicians and various internal and external interfaces
• Further development and optimisation of administrative processes in physician management
• Supporting the executive management, head of staff and department heads with diverse administrative and organisational tasks
• Participation in projects as well as in quality management, marketing and communication
• Organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments and other daily tasks of the executive staff

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial basic training (e.g. executive assistant) or medical training with solid commercial further education
• Several years of experience in an assistant or staff function, ideally in the Swiss healthcare or hospital environment
• Good understanding of internal hospital processes; knowledge of contract management is an advantage
• Strong organisational talent as well as a structured, precise and proactive working style
• High social competence, confident demeanour, excellent communication skills and absolute discretion
• Very proficient in MS Office applications and other IT applications; experience with clinical information systems is an advantage
