Project Manager Construction Management 80-100%

You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and achieve the set milestones in collaboration with the client. Responsibly and independently, you manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from feasibility study to handover to the client. This is done while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality.

You bring the following:

• Training as an architect, civil engineer, structural draughtsperson, or a basic craft training with appropriate further education
• At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a project manager, especially in realisation in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
• Project management skills and ability to integrate
• Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organisational strength
• Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as creative and forward-thinking mindset
• Confident handling of common programmes for construction administration and cost planning (Messerli), scheduling MS Project as well as Microsoft Office programmes Word, Excel etc.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
