Head of Banking Authorities
As the head of the organisational unit (OU) Banking Authorities, you work closely with the Secretary General. Together with your teams, you provide central services that ensure the smooth functioning of the SNB and help the institution achieve an excellent external impact.
Workplace: Zurich and Bern
- Strategic, professional and personnel management of the organisational unit Banking Authorities;
- Planning and organisation of the activities of supervisory and management bodies as well as the General Meeting and other events;
- Strategic and conceptual planning as well as ensuring services for the entire bank;
- Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders;
- Advising and supporting the Secretary General;
- Designing and leading or participating in various projects.
- University degree, preferably with a focus on economics or law, as well as a strong interest in and understanding of central bank policy and operational issues;
- Competence in stakeholder management and very good understanding of institutional and political contexts;
- Leadership experience and organisational skills;
- High analytical and editorial competence as well as a structured and careful working style;
- Sense of responsibility as well as high discretion and integrity;
- Ability to actively shape organisational and digital transformation projects and to sustainably advance them within your area of responsibility;
- One national language as mother tongue, good knowledge of a second national language and English.
