Your diverse tasks
- Monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of building technical systems
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, and minor refurbishment work
- Supporting apartment handovers and takeovers
- Contact person for our residents regarding technical and caretaker-related concerns
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained appearance
- Performing winter service duties
What you bring
- Completed vocational or technical basic training
- Professional experience in a comparable role and further training as a caretaker with a federal diploma or willingness to obtain it
- An independent and reliable working style and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Friendly and respectful interaction with people and a good sense of their concerns
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
