Mandate Manager in Facility Management (m/f/d)

• Management of several technical and infrastructural mandates in the Zurich area with cost and budget responsibility
• Ensuring contractually agreed services
• Development of the assignment through optimisation of services, new approaches and innovations
• Proactive support, advice and care of the client
• Team leadership of a multidisciplinary team
• Independent planning and implementation of upcoming FM projects, adhering to client specifications
• Handling mandate-specific tasks within the framework of overarching Facility Management (contract and cost management, quality assurance, internal and client-specific reporting)

• You have studied Facility Management or have several years of professional experience in Facility Management or hospitality
• You keep an overview even in hectic phases, like to take initiative and act very proactively
• You are an open, communicative, customer- and service-oriented personality with high problem-solving skills
• A process-oriented, quality-conscious working style and proficient use of modern tools are natural to you
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good English skills are an advantage
