Specialist Sample Receptionist

From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement we are looking for a flexible reinforcement for the Bern location.

What you can achieve

• Checking incoming sample material and assigning it to the different specialist areas
• Telephone consultation with clients in case of uncertainties
• Recording reorders and checking sample stability for additional requests
• Operating and maintaining the automated sample distribution
• Processing error lists (orders without sample material, samples without order forms, etc.)
• Preparing and sending samples to external laboratories

What you bring

• Completed basic medical training or professional experience in a medical field
• Reliable and precise way of working
• Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Willingness to work evening shifts until about 9 pm as well as Saturday shifts
• Very good knowledge of German
