IT Systems & Cloud Operations Engineer (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner from Lucerne is a leading company in the field of sports marketing and sports rights marketing. They are known for their comprehensive services in sports marketing, including the marketing of media rights and the organisation of sports events. The company works closely with various sports associations and organisations to promote the dissemination and success of sports events on a global level. Role:
For the operational support of a versatile IT environment, a solution-oriented individual is sought who ensures the stable operation of infrastructure, end devices, and cloud services. You optimise existing processes, coordinate external IT partners, and support the continuous improvement of technical services.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the ongoing operation and further development of IT systems and infrastructure services
Management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and hybrid system landscapes
Support of network components, server and virtualisation platforms, as well as backup and recovery solutions
Monitoring systems and implementing security measures, updates, and endpoint protection
Coordination of incident, problem, and change processes as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Management of IT devices and assets, automation of processes, and collaboration with external partners
Qualifications:
Professional experience in system engineering, IT operations, or infrastructure environment
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
Experience with hybrid IT environments and virtual server infrastructures
Solid understanding of networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity
Independent, structured working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English skills
