For our Education Department, we are looking for a structured and committed personality as Team Leader Education Pharmacy Specialist 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Become part of a team that advocates for optimal framework conditions in the training and continuing education of pharmacy specialists EFZ. As a team leader, you actively shape the future of non-academic vocational training in pharmacies. You combine leadership skills with expertise in vocational education and successfully advance projects of strategic importance.

Your responsibilities

• Personnel, professional, and operational management of a small team of two to three employees with active participation in daily business
• Overall responsibility for the vocational training of pharmacy specialists as well as for future non-academic professional profiles
• Professional and organizational management of all educational offerings (EFZ, BP, HFP, HF) including operational support in planning and implementation
• Leading projects to further develop existing qualifications as well as to design, introduce, and establish new professional qualifications
• Continuous development of processes, quality standards, and working foundations in the specialist area
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements (e.g., OdA, SBFI, quality assurance)
• Coordination and maintenance of cooperation with professional circles, schools, companies, and other external partners
• Identification of trends and optimization potentials as well as initiation of innovation projects

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a pharmacy specialist EFZ is an advantage; additionally, further education or university degree in vocational education, educational management, pharmacy, healthcare, or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in vocational basic training and/or higher vocational education (EFZ, BP, HFP, HF), ideally in the educational or healthcare environment
• Experience in leadership, professional support, or coordination of teams as well as enjoyment in actively participating in daily business and supporting employees
• Proven experience in project management, especially in the development or introduction of new educational offerings
• Solid knowledge of the structures, actors, and processes of Swiss vocational education (OdA, SBFI, schools, companies)
• Strong communication and leadership skills, high organizational ability, and a solution-oriented and constructive approach to different stakeholders
• Very good German or French skills with good oral skills in the respective other national language
