- Do you enjoy conducting structured and solution-oriented counselling sessions with people in challenging life situations?
- Do you possess strong methodological skills to initiate and accompany integration processes cooperatively with social welfare recipients?
- Do you like working in a networked and active manner with external specialist agencies to achieve individual support offers?
- Are you accustomed to efficiently reviewing and accessing financial resources in the spirit of subsidiarity?
- Do you speak German and wish to apply or improve your French skills in a stimulating and bilingual environment?

What you ideally bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or imminent completion of studies
- Professional experience as a social worker in statutory social welfare
- Commitment, teamwork, flexibility and perseverance
- Professional network in the Biel area
