In the heart of the Côte between lake, vineyards and mountains, the L’Espérance foundation, established in 1872, is a specialised institution working for children and adults with disabilities.

We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an intern socio-professional supervisor or educator for the workshops of our socio-professional support management.

Intern socio-professional supervisor or educator (M/F) at 100%

Mission:

• participation in the smooth running of a workshop
• support for accompaniment
• assistance in supporting people with intellectual disabilities in their workshop activities
• participation in the development and implementation of beneficiaries’ projects.

Profile:

• motivated person with an interest in the field of disability
• good interpersonal skills, dynamic
• interest in interdisciplinary and team work
• sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
• holder of a driving licence
• minimum age: 18 years.
