Your Job
- Receive and classify fault reports and inquiries from customers
- Handle simpler fault reports via phone and email (First Level Support)
- Escalate to 2nd Level Support if necessary and ensure communication with customers
- Inform customers about planned maintenance windows and the status of larger disruptions
- Assist in maintaining ICT services in our own data center and at customer sites
- Regularly check system monitoring services for disruptions (PRTG)
- Plan and document the work
You Bring
For this position, we are primarily looking for a person who is passionate about IT and wants to work and develop in the IT field for many years. You love telephone customer contact and work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented. In customer contact, you convince with your high communication skills and the necessary patience. You enjoy working in a team and are flexible and resilient. You have successfully completed a technical basic education (ICT specialist or computer scientist) and have already gained experience in IT. Additionally, you speak and write in fluent German and can communicate well in English.
