The Department of Security and Environment includes the police service, the fire brigade, civil protection, commercial and fire police, as well as the wastewater treatment plant and the works service. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative fines administration. You will work closely with the police assistants and support them in their work. If interested and suitable, there is the possibility of assignments in the field. At the counter and on the phone, you are the first point of contact and receive the concerns of our residents. Furthermore, you will manage the lost property office of the city of Rapperswil-Jona and independently and efficiently handle the administrative tasks that arise.
You bring the best prerequisites with a commercial basic education. Ideally, you already have training or experience in police and/or fines administration (SVG/OBV/KRV). Proficient IT skills and good oral and written communication complete your professional competencies. Furthermore, you are characterised by strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
