Network Technician/Rollouter for Sion (22175 / 60-70% workload)

Task

We are looking for experienced technicians or rollouters in the network field for one of our clients. You prepare HW and SW for on-site deployments. At the backbone and customer locations, you are responsible for the installation and commissioning of campus LAN equipment, core/backbone equipment. You perform lifecycle tasks including HW replacement and service migrations, campus LAN port activations (wiring/UKV). You ensure access/entry to Fhr Netz CH racks. Furthermore, you are responsible for project-related inspections and support during system replacements/IH such as microwave links, power supplies, alarm systems. You carry out minor maintenance work on Fhr Netz CH or their systems and racks as part of other on-site deployments.
From the central deployment location in Sion, you travel to on-site deployments in the surrounding area. Good French and good German language skills are mandatory. The workload is 60-70%. You must have no entries in the criminal record or debt collection register.

Requirements

• Impeccable reputation: an extended personal security check (PSP) will be conducted if not already available
• Experience as a network technician or rollouter
• Technical basic training EFZ in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or computer science
• Experience in operating ICT infrastructures
• Knowledge of current cabling systems
• Languages: good French and good German skills
• Driving licence and own car
