Your Tasks
- Support and relief for the Nursing Directorate
- Preparation and follow-up of conferences and meetings
- Coordination of appointments internally and externally
- Accompaniment and planning of Moroccan trainees as well as Moroccan skilled workers
- Handling complaints, especially legal issues
- Planning external and internal training for employees
- Preparation and support of the remuneration agreement
- Organization of target planning and training planning
- Support of employees in various matters
- Organization of applicants and planning of interviews
- Presentation and updating of current staffing plans
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a healthcare management clerk, office clerk, or comparable degree
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- IT affinity, confident in Excel, Word
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to learn and commitment
- Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and flexibility
