About the job
- Professional and proactive advice and support for managers and employees as a sparring partner for all personnel-related issues
- Responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (excluding payroll) of around 90 employees of LANDI FRILA as well as 25 employees of Agroline
- Recruitment of specialists, managers, and apprentices together with the line
- Support for long-term absentees due to illness and accident
- Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as change processes
- Analysis of key figures and development of corresponding measures
- Participation in the implementation of the HR strategy of the fenaco-LANDI group
- General administrative tasks
- HR specialist with a federal diploma and several years of experience in the role of HR professional
- You confidently deal with people at all levels and successfully mediate in conflicts
- You have an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
- You are proficient in using relevant business networks and social media
- You are willing to regularly visit the various locations of LANDI FRILA and the Agroline site in Birmenstorf AG. Additionally, if needed, 1-2 times per month the HR Region East Switzerland location in Winterthur
- Driver's license category B and own car

For our HR department, we are looking for an HR Business Partner m/f/d with workplace in Eiken AG to support the LANDI FRILA cooperative in the Fricktal region as well as Agroline in Birmenstorf AG from July 1, 2026 or by agreement.
In this role, you will handle all operational HR topics – embedded in the 9-person HR team of the East Switzerland region. At the same time, you are part of the HR community of the entire fenaco group. We value down-to-earth personalities and a hands-on mentality.
