Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer | M365 & Security ? (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Across multiple customer tenants, you are responsible for the technical operation of Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams as well as Azure IaaS. You analyse complex disruptions down to the technical cause.
In the security environment, you further develop the Microsoft Defender Suite as well as security and compliance solutions, investigate security incidents, and support threat mitigation and reporting.
You plan and implement on-premises-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations and design secure identity and device management structures with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.
For Azure and Microsoft 365, you design backup and disaster recovery solutions, including with Azure Backup and Veeam. Additionally, you manage Windows Server, Active Directory, network infrastructures, and Windows 10/11 systems.
You automate recurring administrative tasks with PowerShell, creating more efficient processes within customer environments.
Qualifications:
You have extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments and have worked for several years in a customer-facing managed services or IT consulting environment, independently implementing projects.
Your practical expertise includes Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Several years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructures complement your profile.
An AZ-104 Azure Administrator certification or an equivalent qualification is required. You are also familiar with security technologies and frameworks such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, ISO 27001, or NIST.
You work analytically, independently, and in a structured manner and appreciate direct communication with customers. Your residence is in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and occasional travel within Switzerland and Germany is possible for you.
Fluent written and spoken German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2) are required.
