The Schaffhausen Hospitals include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices, as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for around 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. Additionally, we are an important training centre in the canton.

- You take co-responsibility for the operational management and further development of the emergency centre within the interprofessional management team
- You stabilise and optimise our new processes and workflows
- You contribute your professional and organisational expertise purposefully in change and development processes
- You initiate impulses and actively and effectively shape changes
- You take situational responsibility in direct patient care and remain professionally anchored
What You Bring to Us
- You have completed training as a nursing professional with a postgraduate diploma in emergency nursing/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Clinical Specialist and have solid leadership experience in acute or emergency care
- You take responsibility, make clear decisions, and remain calm and capable of action even in demanding situations
- You combine operational presence with strategic thinking and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You lead your team with clarity, commitment, and genuine appreciation
- You provide orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations
- You proactively tackle challenges, set priorities, and advance topics together with your team
- You communicate clearly and reliably, always respectfully and on equal terms.
- You have a good sense for people, strengthen your team purposefully, and continuously develop it
