Specialist Responsible/Nurse in Charge of the Nursing Station

In this exciting job

• you actively contribute to the organisational management of the station.
• you are responsible as the specialist person for the quality of care, especially in complex nursing situations (clinical assessment and case management).
• you accompany and support the staff in nursing matters and promote their professional competence in everyday life.
• you ensure correct and comprehensible documentation in the electronic nursing documentation and accompany the BESA process.
• you actively participate in nursing to ensure quality and practical relevance.
• you contribute to projects and the further development of nursing concepts and standards.
• you coordinate collaboration with general practitioners, relatives, referrers and external service providers.
• you maintain a respectful approach to residents, relatives and the team.

You are successful here

• because you have training as a certified nurse HF/FH or Professional Bachelor/Master and further specialist training.
• thanks to your several years of professional experience in long-term care and your in-depth expertise.
• because you like to take responsibility and have a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• through your high social and professional competence, your communication skills and your ability to work in a team.
• because you work independently, have organisational talent and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
