Responsibilities:
You share responsibility with your co-worker for the support of the students in the class.
You work closely with the other class teacher, including 1.5 days in
team teaching.
You collaborate constructively with the interdisciplinary team and the parents.
You participate in internal professional consultations and training.
You supervise interns.

You bring:
A completed education in clinical or school special education.
An independent and flexible personality with humor, empathy, and
team spirit.
Experience in working with people with complex disabilities/ASD.
Good knowledge in the area of the Affolter model, TEACCH, and/or AAC.
High resilience and joy in supporting students with challenging behavior.
Understanding of complex crisis situations and willingness to engage with them (from de-escalation measures to physical intervention).
