Psychiatric Specialist Housing 30-50% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Needs-oriented support of residents to develop personal resources and achieve their own goals
• Key worker role for residents with a mental disability (support planning and monitoring of therapeutic measures) in Neustadt Schaffhausen housing or in their own apartment (assisted living)
• Accompanying and supporting in various life situations (everyday and crisis situations, leisure activities, social participation) in the sense of the recovery approach and involving peers
• Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and triage with legal representatives, relatives and professionals from the health and social sectors
• Documenting care services in the client information system Taking on weekend duty (4 hours/day) and evening shifts until 8:00 pm

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified psychiatric nurse HF, social pedagogue HF or comparable professional and life experience
• You are communicative, a team player and have a good sense of humour
• Organisational talent with a structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Flexibility for irregular day and weekend shifts
