Cyber Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Implementation of international security principles into organisation-appropriate guidelines, processes and control mechanisms.
Identification, prioritisation and monitoring of digital threat areas including support for the affected business units in risk treatment.
Professional support of change programmes, solution designs and projects with increased protection requirements.
Ensuring regulatory compliance as well as preparation and support of data protection, security and compliance audits.
Coordination of the response to cyber incidents, maintenance of the governance framework as well as preparation of management information and awareness campaigns.
Qualifications:
Many years of experience in the field of IT risk, information protection or cyber defence, ideally complemented by responsibility as CISO, Deputy CISO or Business Information Security Officer.
University degree in a technical or information-oriented discipline.
Deep understanding of control systems, security architectures, cloud platforms and identity management.
Experience with established approaches and reference frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and MITRE ATT&CK; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Structured, proactive personality with strong mediation skills as well as fluent knowledge of German and English.
