These are your tasks

• Responsible for the professional care and reception of international guests, customers, suppliers and craftsmen
• Operating the telephone switchboard and providing expert information
• Carrying out various cleanliness and availability checks
• Active management of meeting rooms
• Mail and courier management
• Badge management
• Management of office and shipping materials
• Various administrative tasks
• Working hours: Mon - Fri

This is what you bring

• You have already worked for several years at a reception or in the hotel or catering industry
• Charming & well-groomed appearance
• You are extremely service- and customer-oriented
• High commitment, flexibility and enjoyment of work characterise you
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. Knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is a great advantage
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and computer user skills
• If you enjoy teamwork, you fit perfectly with us
