What you can achieve:
- Management of projects of varying complexity in customised plant construction within the Liquid Handling/Laboratory Automation area
- Leading project teams in a matrix organisation
- Creation of the project plan
- Coordination of tasks and responsibilities
- Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the project’s quality, time, and cost
- Interface between internal development and external project stakeholders (Sales Manager, suppliers, Field Project Leader, Application Specialists, and customer)
- Support of the sales team during the pre-sales phase and requirements gathering
- Preparation of effort estimates and offers
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical or scientific degree (BSc or MSc)
- Professional experience in customised plant construction or the automated life science sector is an advantage
- This position is also suitable as an entry point for an applicant with a completed vocational training (technical or scientific) and at least 5 years of professional experience
- Further training or certification in project management is desirable or willingness to undertake this training
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, precise working style with a quick grasp
- Flexible, proactive, and creative personality
