Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects. The focus is on developing precise construction plans, the constructive elaboration of details, and 3D/BIM planning with ArchiCAD. You ensure that planning specifications, technical requirements, and the relevant Swiss standards and building regulations are consistently implemented. At the same time, you support project and construction management with tenders, submissions, and technical project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Creating and further developing project, execution, and detailed plans for demanding building projects
Developing technically sound and standards-compliant construction and execution details
Creating and maintaining 3D/BIM models in ArchiCAD and deriving the necessary planning documents
Checking planning bases, specialist planner documents, and plan statuses for accuracy, completeness, and technical feasibility
Coordinating and integrating planning information from architecture, structural engineering, and building services
Ensuring planning implementation in accordance with SIA standards, building regulations, and project-specific quality requirements
Supporting project and construction management with technical clarifications and resolving constructive issues
Participating in tendering and submission processes and preparing the necessary planning and execution bases
Conducting plan revisions and structured maintenance of digital plan and project documentation
Creating and preparing revision documents, reports, and final documentation for project handover
Qualifications:
Training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture (building construction), certified technician HF in construction planning/architecture, or comparable construction-technical qualification
At least 15 years of professional experience in an architectural or planning office, ideally with extensive experience in Swiss building construction
Sound knowledge in execution planning, detailed planning, and constructive building construction
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and extensive experience in 3D/BIM planning
Very good knowledge of the Swiss construction industry, relevant SIA standards, building regulations, and guidelines
Experience in tendering and submission processes as well as coordination with specialist planners
Good German language skills spoken and written
