About the job
The Justitia 4.0 project is working on the digitalisation of the Swiss judiciary. The project team currently consists of around 50 people, supported by external staff and partner companies. We develop two software solutions for the judicial authorities (the justitia.swiss platform for electronic legal communication and file inspection, as well as the Justice File Application (JAA) for processing and managing digital files) and support the judicial authorities in the digital transformation. The project team has grown significantly in recent months and will continue to evolve. In the coming months, the project will be transferred into an operational organisation, a public-law corporation.
In our team and in collaboration with our stakeholders, various work cultures and fields (IT, change management, communication, law, public sector) come together, which is why trust, transparency, collegiality, a solution-oriented error culture, and a respectful and appreciative interaction with each other are essential to us.
For the rollout of the JAA (Justice File Application) in the target organisations and for the continuous development of the application, we are looking for an experienced
