Your tasks

• Central contact person (SPOC) for the assigned clinics for case opening as well as outpatient and inpatient billing
• Support and advice to clinics on all administrative questions regarding case opening and billing processes
• Independent handling of the processes case finalisation, cost approvals and billing, including processing of rejections and incorrect invoices
• Early detection of revenue-threatening deviations and initiation of measures
• Co-design of processes, standards and digital solutions

Your profile

• Professional examination in business administration or medical administration or at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Experience in patient administration or case handling and billing is an advantage
• Confident use of SAP IS-H, KISIM and MS Office; knowledge of tariff systems (TARDOC, SwissDRG)
• Structured, independent and proactive working style with a high quality standard
• Enjoy working with clinics and interest in digital processes
