In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for space planning and workplace coordination at the Zug-Rotkreuz campus and support the Vice-Directorate of Research in administrative, organisational, and coordinative matters.

Your main tasks include:

• Management, coordination, and continuous development of central processes in space management and research administration
• Assistance to the Vice-Director of Research in organisational and administrative tasks
• Coordination and alignment with cross-departmental partners and internal stakeholders
• Close collaboration with relevant interfaces, service points, and researchers
• Maintenance, updating, and further development of manuals, guidelines, and documentation
• Coordination and support of occupational safety in the department as the occupational safety contact person (KOPAS), including training and awareness-raising

You are a service-oriented, flexible, and committed individual who enjoys a varied role. Additionally, you bring:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field or with a comparable qualification
• Experience in an assistant, coordination, or administrative role is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as an interest in digital solutions and efficient processes
• Strong organisational skills, high service orientation, and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanour, as well as fluent German and good English skills (at least B2)
• High discretion, flexibility, and resilience
• Experience in documentation and optimisation of processes is an advantage
• Practical or vocational trainer course or willingness to complete one
