Apprenticeship as ICT Specialist EFZ - Start of Apprenticeship 2027

Your training stations with us

• Working in the helpdesk (first-level support)
• Creating manuals and system documents
• Writing scripts to automate installations and tasks
• Installation and maintenance of computer, server, network, and peripheral systems
• Training in the Microsoft SCCM environment (System Center Configuration Manager) and subsequent administration

Your profile

• You are attending secondary school (level E) and have good grades in mathematics subjects
• You have good logical-abstract thinking skills and pronounced analytical abilities
• You are fascinated and enthusiastic about IT technology (hardware, networks, operating systems, telecommunications, software, etc.)
