Do you want to actively shape HR and professionally support managers?

For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who takes responsibility, confidently manages complex personnel situations, and actively contributes to the further development of the organisation.

You can expect a versatile business partner role with personal responsibility, scope for design, and direct exchange with the managers of your supported areas.

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related and employment law issues
• Professional support in demanding personnel situations, conflicts, and separation processes
• Active participation in organisational changes and support of change processes
• Involvement in succession planning, job applications, and other strategic personnel topics
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as derivation and support of appropriate measures
• Participation in HR projects and further development of existing HR processes and leadership tools

Your profile

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with a Swiss federal diploma
• Several years of experience in a consulting HR role, ideally in HR business partnering
• Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and a good understanding of operational contexts
• Strong advisory and communication skills as well as confident German language skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style with a strong desire to shape
• Experience in healthcare and further university-level training are advantageous
