Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the execution planning and tendering of architecturally demanding restoration, conversion and transformation projects. The focus is on the technical-constructive implementation of high-quality architecture as well as the development of precise solutions for complex existing buildings and new usage concepts. You will accompany projects through several planning and realisation phases and work on demanding details taking into account SIA standards and heritage conservation requirements. In doing so, you combine architectural ambition with sound constructive expertise and confident use of ArchiCAD.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding restoration, conversion and transformation projects with a focus on execution planning and realisation
Development and elaboration of execution, detail and construction plans for complex existing buildings
Technical-constructive implementation of architectural concepts considering design, construction and existing structures
Planning and coordination of solutions for heritage conservation relevant components and coordination of the corresponding requirements with project participants
Preparation and processing of tender and submission documents as well as support with offer comparisons and awards
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners, specialists and contractors
Creation, further development and quality assurance of 3D models and planning documents with ArchiCAD
Review of planning bases and execution documents regarding construction, feasibility, compliance with standards and completeness
Ensuring planning according to relevant SIA standards, building regulations and project-specific quality requirements
Accompanying projects during the execution and realisation phase and handling technical and constructive issues until completion
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies as a FH/ETH architect or comparable recognised higher education qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland in execution planning and technical-constructive handling of demanding construction projects
Solid experience with conversions, restorations and existing buildings, ideally under heritage conservation conditions
Very good knowledge in execution planning, detail planning, tendering and submission
Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction process, SIA standards and relevant building regulations
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and experience in digital 3D planning
Very good German language skills spoken and written
