These are your main tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of the activation area as well as promotion and support of employees
• Planning, coordination and organisation of individual, high-quality activation and daily life design for our residents
• Close cooperation with the nursing and care management, the nursing teams and the personnel officers
• Responsibility for organising and conducting events, celebrations and excursions
• Promoting an atmosphere of security and well-being for our residents
• Organisation and coordination of workflows as well as ensuring a positive working climate
• Professional communication with residents, relatives and employees
• Proper documentation in the internal documentation system

• Recognised specialist with experience in activation and enjoyment of working with elderly people
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
