These are your main tasks:
- Professional and personnel management of the activation area as well as promotion and support of employees
- Planning, coordination and organisation of individual, high-quality activation and daily life design for our residents
- Close cooperation with the nursing and care management, the nursing teams and the personnel officers
- Responsibility for organising and conducting events, celebrations and excursions
- Promoting an atmosphere of security and well-being for our residents
- Organisation and coordination of workflows as well as ensuring a positive working climate
- Professional communication with residents, relatives and employees
- Proper documentation in the internal documentation system
How you can convince us:
- Recognised specialist with experience in activation and enjoyment of working with elderly people
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Creative, proactive and solution-oriented personality with joy in shaping and further developing the specialist area
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Decisiveness, organisational skills and strong social competence
