Within the EAM (External Asset Managers) and GA+ (Global Assets+) teams, you will play a central role in coordinating marketing actions, content production, and organizing events and strategic projects. Positioned at the heart of a dynamic ecosystem, you will ensure the coherence, visibility, and quality of internal and external communications while supporting the commercial and institutional initiatives of our teams.
Reporting to Business Management EAM, you will be the privileged contact for all questions related to marketing, publications, events, and communication. You will work closely with the commercial, marketing, and management teams.
YOUR MISSION:
1. Communication & Editorial
- Write and produce varied content: external articles and intranet articles, EAM & GA+ newsletters, social media publications, EAM & GA+ brochures and pitchbooks.
- Ensure the publication of about 50 news items per year (FR/EN) on the EAM portal.
- Manage the sending of communications: newsletters, targeted mailings, and ad hoc communications.
- Be the point of contact for all questions related to publications intended for EAM.
2. Events
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of more than 40 events per year, in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication unit.
- Manage all logistics: quotes and bookings, material organization, coordination of speakers, preparation of presentation materials.
- Set up and monitor the invitation process: sending, follow-up, reminders, participant lists.
- Ensure coordination on the day: setup, welcoming participants, managing the event flow, tidying up, and debriefing.
- Participate in professional trips: Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich.
3. Marketing & Partnerships
- Manage marketing projects related to the EAM and GA+ sections.
- Be the central contact for all requests or projects coming from EAM or GA+.
- Ensure coordination of marketing actions on LO.com, social networks, and CPNet.
- Participate in monitoring and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
4. Tools, platforms & operational support
- Manage the EAM & GA+ marketing budget in collaboration with management.
- Use Salesforce – Account Engagement for: mailing campaigns, financial publications, invitations, distribution list management.
- Be the point of contact for any request related to the LO Gate platform (EAM Portal).
- Coordinate translation requests (FR/EN) for the needs of the EAM and GA+ teams.
- Provide cross-functional support on various topics or projects related to the activity.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience in communication, marketing, or event management, ideally in a banking, financial, or institutional environment.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English; a third language is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, autonomous, solution- and service-oriented mindset.
- Mastery of content management tools, CRM, or engagement platforms (ideally Salesforce – Account Engagement).
- Interest in the EAM, custody, institutional client, and private client sectors.
