To strengthen the sales/project engineering team, we are looking for a motivated person to start immediately or by arrangement:
Head of Sales & Project Engineering Pressure Reactors (m/f/d) 100 %
Your tasks:
- Management responsibility for the sales and project engineering department of the product group pressure reactors (autoclaves) with 6 employees
- As sales manager, you lead a team of sales/project engineers who handle projects in collaboration with the engineering department from customer inquiry, feasibility assessment, quotation preparation, order processing to delivery and commissioning
- Close cooperation with the departments and teams of engineering, PPS, purchasing, production, service/installation, business development and marketing
- Acquisition of new customers and new projects
- Management of innovation projects and participation in product innovations
- Conducting market and competitor analyses
- Participation in internal and external seminars, as well as national and international trade fairs
- Travel activity (national and international) of approx. 10 % - 20 % for customer and trade fair visits
Your profile:
- You have a completed university/technical college degree as a process engineer, mechanical engineer, chemical engineer, chemist or equivalent
- You have experience in plant or apparatus construction or equivalent
- You have (initial) leadership experience as a team or department head in a similar role
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, want to take responsibility and remain calm and focused even in challenging situations
- You have a strong flair for technology
- You are characterised by a quick grasp and enjoy learning new things
- You have very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- Leadership experience as a team or department head is an advantage
- Successfully completed further training in business administration or equivalent is an advantage
