Agrisano, a service of the Swiss Farmers' Association, aims to provide ideal insurance protection for agricultural businesses and the associated individuals.

In the benefits area of our health insurance, we are looking for two committed individuals as Clerk for Outpatient Services (100%) with languages (Italian or French) or without.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the high-quality processing of invoices in all outpatient specialist areas. Your main tasks include:

• Checking services according to legal, medical and internal insurance guidelines
• Payment or objection of benefits
• Initiation and execution of necessary clarifications
• Regular telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other service providers
• Close cooperation with our trusted medical service
• Competent advice to our insured persons on benefit matters

For the care of our French- and Italian-speaking customers, we are looking for one linguistically skilled person each, who has very good written and spoken knowledge.

French or Italian not your strength? No problem, apply for the German-speaking Switzerland!

After thorough training, you will have the opportunity to work up to two days a week from home.

• Basic paramedical training or commercial vocational training – preferably in a medical environment – or strong interest in the medical field
• Professional experience with a health insurance company or in administration in the medical field is an advantage
• Confident German language skills
• Good to very good spoken Italian or French skills
• Independent and efficient working style
• Team-oriented, resilient and customer-focused personality
