As the Team Leader of the polymecanicians, you take operational and human responsibility for a team of around 10 collaborators. Your role is to organise, supervise and develop your team while ensuring efficient, quality production that complies with safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Management & Leadership (30%):
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of collaborators (coaching, versatility, evaluations, training).
- Ensure the daily organisation of the team according to planning priorities.
- Monitor individual and collective performance (quality, deadlines, productivity).
- Foster a positive, collaborative and solution-oriented team climate.
- Enforce internal rules, safety standards and the 5S charter.
Production and Technical (70%):
- Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines (milling & turning).
- Program parts using CAM software (Mastercam).
- Ensure deadlines and quality are met.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymecanician (machining option) or equivalent qualification: essential.
- Proven experience in CNC machining: essential.
- Skills in CAM programming (knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage).
- Natural leadership, organisational skills and results orientation.
- Ability to motivate, structure and develop a team.
- Team management experience: an asset.
- Comfortable with IT tools (Windows).
- Availability for 2x8 shifts (5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm).
