Tasks

• You independently conduct speech therapy assessments, plan individual therapies, and implement them in individual and group settings
• Together with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals, you work closely in an interprofessional treatment team
• You regularly participate in handovers, case discussions, and supervisions
• You actively participate in the conduct of fibreendoscopic swallowing examinations (FEES)
• Coordination with previous care providers and planning of further speech therapy follow-up solutions are also part of your responsibilities
• You carefully document therapy progress and prepare the corresponding reports
• You competently and empathetically support and advise relatives

Profile

• You have completed training in speech therapy (BA, BSc or diploma with EDK recognition)
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in rehabilitation or a clinical setting, but this is not a requirement
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, distinguish you; additional language skills are an advantage
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and impress with your communication skills
• An independent, reliable, and structured way of working is natural for you
• Team spirit, openness to feedback, and respectful interaction with others are among your strengths
• You bring commitment, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work on Saturdays completes your profile
