Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the sale of household appliances and electrical installation materials.
- At the reception desk of our specialist shop, you are the first point of contact and advice for our customers.
- Competent advice and sale of household appliances as well as electrical installation materials
- Work preparation for our delivery and repair team (device acceptance, quotations, orders)
- Organisation and maintenance of the sales shop
- Purchasing goods, invoicing and targeted assortment adjustments
- Receipt and coordination of repair orders for large appliances
- Active contribution to expanding our market share in the household appliances sector
Your Profile
- Completed basic training (sales, electrical specialist)
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advisory-intensive sales conversations
- Dynamic, committed personality with the willingness to further develop in sales and consulting
- Organisational talent as well as confident handling of IT applications and numbers
- French language skills are an advantage
