We are looking for a reliable and experienced Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 80-100% for a renowned company in Liestal, due to an accident-related absence, temporarily with immediate effect for at least 2 months,

Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Handling the entire operational procurement process for goods and services
• Maintaining supplier and material master data
• Document management for all procurement processes
• Independent execution of smaller sourcing events, price enquiries, supplier evaluations
• Support in the preparation of tender documents
• Creating and processing orders, price enquiries (price, conditions, delivery dates)
• Ensuring delivery dates (reminders and dunning)

Your profile:

• Completed commercial and/or technical training, possibly with further education in purchasing
• Professional experience in operational purchasing
• Good IT understanding, proficient in using an ERP system in purchasing
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Very good German skills (confident in spoken and written language)
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
• Quick comprehension
• Healthy assertiveness
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Workload: 80-100%
