Product Manager:in Customer Processes (all)

At BKW, you take responsibility for customer processes related to network connection and electricity supply. You develop these purposefully, linking operational business with agile product development and ensuring efficient solutions that convince customers and specialist partners.

Your area of impact

• You take professional end-to-end responsibility for customer processes in network connection and network customer management and continuously develop them further
• You analyse and optimise processes such as emergency control and network connection monitoring with regard to customers, owners and specialist partners
• In close exchange with the operational business, agile product development teams and communication, you develop practical optimisations
• You prioritise further developments, make professional decisions and coordinate implementation
• In case of technical or system-related problems, you involve the responsible specialists and accompany the solution finding
• You actively accompany the introduction of new processes, specifically gather feedback and check whether the implemented adjustments achieve the desired effect in everyday operations and create sustainable added value

What you bring with you

• Degree at HF, FH or university level (Bachelor/Master) in a technical, business or comparable field
• At least five years of practical experience, ideally in the energy sector or a regulated environment, as well as enthusiasm for technical topics around network connection and electricity
• Experience in agile product development and a good understanding of customer needs and the customer journey
• Strong hands-on mentality, conceptual thinking and the ability to successfully implement ideas in practice
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility and initiative
• Communicative, convincing and assertive personality who feels comfortable in operational business and the agile working world and actively drives topics forward

Up to 3 days home office or at the Ostermundigen site
