- Management of professional, operational, guest and special laundry
- Proper washing, drying, ironing and finishing of textiles
- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all machinery
- Correct machine loading, programme selection and process control
- Safe handling of detergents, dosing systems and stain removal
- Carrying out ironing, finishing and simple sewing tasks
- Assistance in uniform management, storage, inventories and textile inspections
- Support in clothing, delivery and training of employees

- Completed training in housekeeping/textile care or solid professional experience
- Ideally experience in upscale or 5-star hotel industry
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Physically resilient and used to practical work
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
- Reliable, flexible and responsible
- Calm, solution-oriented and resilient even under high workload
- Team player, service-oriented and well-groomed appearance
