Senior BIM Coordinator Plant Engineering (m/f/d) 80–100%

Initial Situation

For our client, an established engineering company in industrial and plant engineering, we are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator Plant Engineering (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible position, you will take on the coordination of demanding BIM projects and actively contribute to the further development of digital planning processes.

Tasks

• Coordination and management of BIM projects across all project phases
• Alignment and coordination of interdisciplinary planning models
• Conducting model checks and ensuring data and planning quality
• Leading coordination meetings with internal and external project participants
• Further development of BIM standards, processes and digital working methods
• Technical consulting of clients and support of project teams
• Participation in the introduction and optimisation of digital planning processes
• Support of the department management in strategic and organisational tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree in building services engineering, plant engineering, engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in BIM coordination or digital planning
• Experience in interdisciplinary planning of complex industrial or plant engineering projects
• Knowledge of modern BIM methods and digital planning processes
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist departments
• High initiative and sense of responsibility

IT

Very good knowledge of BIM and coordination software
Experience with 3D CAD systems is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office
