About us

About the FaBe Kind profession

Working with children is an interesting and varied profession. You accompany and support children through various stages of development. From infancy to starting kindergarten, you learn to respond to the children’s needs and understand what they require. Every child is individual, which makes everyday life in the nursery extremely exciting.

Your daily nursery routine with us

It is especially important to us that every nursery day brings joy to the children. Therefore, we offer a varied weekly programme. This includes excursions (e.g. to the zoo), play and craft activities, baking together with the children, etc. You are an important reference person for the children!
To enable you to fulfil this responsible role, we support and accompany you with regular discussions and setting learning goals. You learn to connect theory with practice.

Your strengths

Are you interested in children and other people? Can you empathise well with others? Then you already meet two important prerequisites for the profession! 😊
It is also important to us that you are a team player, resilient, and creative. Teamwork is a key success factor for a successful nursery day. You are welcome to contribute your creative ideas to daily activities.
Good German language skills are an advantage.
