Description
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to leadership on talent management, skills development.
- Provide expertise to leadership on organisational change, participating in managing key projects such as system standardisation and workflows.
- Lead employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and directors to identify talent needs.
- Facilitate and animate training and development programs such as workshops to enhance employee performance.
- Participate in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company's strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
Profile
- 5-8 years experience as HR Business Partner,
- Educational background in human resources,
- Proficiency in German and in English,
- Experience in an technological, engineering, industrial or lifescience fields is an asset,
- Expertise in talent management and in organisational change,
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
