Your tasks
- Accompanying people with cognitive and psychological disabilities in their life areas
- Organizational and professional management of client processes
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist areas
- Taking over departmental responsibilities and participating in specialist groups
- Further development and review of living and support settings
- Willingness to be on call, evening and weekend duties
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or a comparable field
- Interest in actively shaping change processes
- Independent working style and taking responsibility
- Open, innovative and humorous personality
