Senior Consultant / Manager Deal Advisory – Focus Financial Due Diligence (80-100%)

What you will achieve

• You will work predominantly on Financial Due Diligence projects, both on the buyer and seller side.
• You prepare extensive and sometimes complex data and content in a structured manner, thus creating a solid basis for transaction processes and negotiations.
• You support the team in other Deal Advisory projects, especially in connection with M&A transactions and special audits.
• You make an active contribution to nationwide exchange and collaboration within Deal Advisory Switzerland.
• You work closely with internal specialists from the areas of tax and law, fiduciary services, auditing and real estate.

What makes you successful

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Accounting & Controlling or qualification as a certified auditor or certified fiduciary expert
• You bring initial experience in Financial Due Diligence as well as M&A transactions or in other financial areas.
• You think in networks, have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have an affinity for data analysis.
• You are characterised by high self-motivation, initiative and a structured way of working.
• You convince through professionalism, resilience as well as team-oriented thinking and acting.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
