- Supporting project management in administrative and technical matters
- Preparing offers, tenders and technical documentation
- Coordination with suppliers, customers and internal departments
- Processing material orders and monitoring delivery dates
- Supporting the planning and implementation of HVAC projects

- have completed technical training in HVAC, building technology or a comparable field
- bring experience in clerical work or in a technical office
- are confident in using MS Office and ideally CAD/ERP systems
