About the job
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Workplace: Zurich and Zollikon
Who we are:
We are a modern, growing fertility centre with a clear goal: to support people on their journey to their desired child in the best possible way – whether as a couple or as an individual, e.g. in the context of social freezing.
At our locations in Zurich and Zollikon, we offer the full spectrum of modern reproductive medicine – from IVF and ICSI to hormonal stimulation and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) to social freezing. With over 13 years of experience and our own in-house laboratory, we work at the highest medical level.
What truly sets us apart: every person, every couple is accompanied individually – personally, on an equal footing, from the first conversation to the goal. As our name suggests: we follow a 360° approach. At our centre, reproductive medicine, psychology and traditional Chinese medicine work hand in hand. And that is why we love what we do.
Your role as Case Manager
You think in processes and empathise with people. As the central contact person for our patients and couples, you take on case management for every individual treatment path – from IVF and ICSI to social freezing and later thawing. You work closely with the treating doctors, the laboratory team and the MPAs on site, keeping all threads together with clear coordination and reliable interdisciplinary collaboration.
Your tasks in case management:
- You independently accompany patients and couples from the first contact to the completion of therapy and are their constant contact person – also for international patients.
- You coordinate appointments and ensure the implementation of medically prescribed therapy plans, keeping an eye on cycle timing and reflection periods.
- You clarify medical and organisational questions in close consultation with the responsible doctors and ensure that patients and couples always feel well informed and understood.
Your involvement in day-to-day business (similar to MPA tasks)
You welcome our patients, organise consultations and coordinate appointments so that the process between doctors, laboratory and patients runs smoothly. You prepare treatments and treatment rooms and support therapies and medication instructions; depending on your profile and background, you also take on practical tasks in the treatment process in close cooperation with the MPAs. You sensitively accompany patients and couples throughout the entire treatment process, are a central contact person in everyday life and communicate professionally by phone and email – also with health insurance companies and partners. You take care of organisational and administrative tasks and ensure that everything remains structured and clear even in dynamic situations.
What you bring with you
Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in reproductive medicine with a focus on IVF/ICSI. An independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and service orientation. An empathetic, calm and professional manner with patients in a sensitive treatment situation as well as strong communication skills. Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage, as well as confident handling of electronic medical records and MS Office. Team spirit, trustworthiness, discretion and a confident and professional appearance.
Your future with us:
You can expect a warm and committed team that loves what it does. We offer you short decision-making paths, close interdisciplinary collaboration, pleasant and regulated working hours as well as an attractive salary with above-average social and additional benefits.
Look forward to a varied everyday life in an innovative environment that you can actively help shape – and to accompanying patients on their individual journey around fertility.
