The Group BI & Analytics department is an international, dynamic team actively driving the global data and reporting landscape. Together with our internal stakeholders, we develop innovative BI, planning, and master data solutions with real added value.
For our global headquarters in Aarburg near Olten, we are looking for you as a BI Solution Architect (m/f) 100% to help shape and further develop our BI strategy. In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with a strong consulting orientation. You actively work on the further development and implementation of BI solutions, take on operational tasks in the system, and support our departments as a competent contact person in identifying and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, integrated BI solutions along the entire value chain (for purchasing, production, sales, finance, etc.)
- Continuous development of our global BI portfolio, central contact person for Business Intelligence, and competent advisor to our departments on BI-related issues
- Expansion and further development of our global BI architecture based on SAP BW/4HANA
- Design of modern reporting and enabling our users in self-service BI with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Agile collaboration with international contacts from business and IT to successfully implement BI initiatives through regular and proactive communication
- University degree in business administration, computer science, or comparable
- At least 5 years of experience in the Business Intelligence environment
- Solid know-how in data warehousing as well as SAP BI (BW, BW/4HANA)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP modules and experience with global master data
- Experience in project management, ideally with agile methods
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance in an international environment
- Fluent German and English skills
- Openness to your ideas, collegial working atmosphere at all levels, and a hands-on mentality
