About the job
Coach Labour Market Integration (Youth & Adults), 80% workload, (m/f)
Welcome to the Social Network District Horgen (SNH) association. On behalf of the RAV and social services, we provide services for young people and adults, including in the area of labour market integration. We support young people and adults with career orientation and (apprenticeship) job search – with a lot of heart and experience.
To strengthen our team (focus on youth), we are looking for a labour market integration specialist from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

- Coaching and support for young people and adults in the (apprenticeship) job search
- Support in the application process through individual and group coaching
- Collaboration with internal and external companies, RAV, social services and other partners
- Encouraging motivation, showing perspectives, celebrating small and big successes
You bring with you
- Completed training in social work, social pedagogy, psychology (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in coaching or labour market integration is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with young people and adults in transition situations
- High social competence, a pinch of patience, an appreciative, motivating attitude and humour
- Ability to self-organise, flexibility and team spirit
- Good IT skills and strong administrative abilities
