What to Expect

As an experienced cybersecurity or IT professional with leadership experience, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 6-8 cybersecurity specialists. You ensure the high quality of our services in customer projects, actively work as a cybersecurity specialist/consultant, and are the point of contact for any challenges. You can fully apply your passion for the further development of services and processes with us.

Your varied and diverse range of tasks includes the following activities:

• Leading the team in technical, personnel, and organisational matters
• Determining requirements in projects (scoping), actively participating in resource and deployment planning, as well as ongoing quality controls
• Further developing processes and testing methodologies in collaboration with the team and other specialist departments, including in the area of use, handling, and selective integration of AI
• Active or supportive participation in various customer projects in the areas of penetration testing, configuration reviews, security assessments, or consulting
• Optimising and further developing documentation, reporting, and evaluation methods, as well as actively participating in the review of project deliverables such as final reports, recommendations for measures, and more
• Supporting the sales and scheduling teams in the sale and consulting of our services
• Coaching, promoting, and further developing employees as well as actively building knowledge within the team

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science/cybersecurity
• Several years of proven experience as a team leader, preferably in cybersecurity, supported by a strong leadership mentality
• Professional experience as a cybersecurity specialist, penetration tester, or IT professional with a strong affinity for cybersecurity. Experience in conducting or leading demanding customer projects is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and enjoyment in developing employees and services
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation (proof by criminal record and debt collection register extract)

Any technical/professional gaps will be closed within the framework of our training programme.
